REGISTRATION

Registration is now open to all participants whose application has been accepted. The early registration period ends at May 31st, 2011.

To register, please fill this form and send it attached to lxmls-2011@lx.it.pt.

INVITATION LETTERS FOR VISA APPLICATIONS

Attendees who need an Invitation Letter for applying to a Visa to travel to Portugal should send us the following information:

1. •full name;
   

2. •passport information: number, issue date and place, and validity date;
   

3. •the address to which you would like the Invitation Letter to be sent to.

Registration Fees

The registration fee for all activities is:

1. •150 EUR for students (late registration: 250 EUR)
   

2. •200 EUR for non-students (late registration: 300 EUR)
   
   

It covers:

1. •Full participation in morning lectures, afternoon labs and evening talks
   

2. •Lunch, coffee breaks and banquet
   
   

Besides this, we also provide a reduced fee for participants attending the lectures and talks only:

1. •120 EUR for students (late registration: 220 EUR)
   

2. •170 EUR for non-students (late registration: 270 EUR)
   
   

It covers:

1. •Participation in morning lectures and evening talks (not the afternoon labs)
   

2. •Lunch, coffee breaks and banquet
   

Scholarship

We appreciate the support from Google, ISCA, and SAPO, thanks to which a limited number of scholarships will be provided.

1. •In partnership with Google, we are pleased to announce travel grants worth 500 EUR to academics and research students from Eastern Europe to attend the conference, under the Google Eastern European Travel Grant Program. Eligible countries include Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Republic of Macedonia, Russian Federation, Ukraine. To apply, please send us your application until April 31st, 2011. Notification will be sent by May 15th, 2011.
   
   

2. •ISCA will also provide a limited number of grants. These grants may cover any of registration, accommodation and travel, up to a limit of 650 EUR. Applications should be sent to grants@isca-speech.org. Details of the application process and forms are available from the ISCA website. Closing date for applications is April 31st, 2011. Notification will be sent by May 15th, 2011.
